Wiley Brooks Owner

 

Wiley Brooks became a licensed real estate agent specializing in property management in 1978 and has owned Wiley Brooks Company, Inc. since 1982. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and is a member and past president of the Alaska Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In 1987, Wiley Brooks received the Certified Property Manager of the Year Award. He was a 20 year career officer in the USAF advancing to the grade of Lieutenant Colonel before retirement to enter business in 1977. He has a degree in Business Management from Mississippi State University.

 

Wiley is currently retired, but is an active real estate owner and investor who still serves as a consultant and advisor for the company.
